- Mechanical properties: After quenching and tempering, AISI 5140 (40Cr) has a tensile strength of 805–1080 MPa, a yield strength of ≥685 MPa, an elongation of ≥12%, a hardness of 241–341 HBW, and an impact toughness of 47–60 J, with properties adjustable through heat treatment.
- Process selection: hot rolling, cold rolling, cold drawing
- Dimension specification range: outer diameter 20-325 mm, wall thickness 2-40 mm
- Length: 3-18 meters
- Accuracy: ±0.1, and accuracy parameters can be customized according to the material and specific requirements.
