- Quality Assurance
Billet Control: 100% spectral analysis is conducted on each batch of bearing steel billets to precisely control the content of key elements such as carbon (C) and chromium (Cr). Meanwhile, low-magnification structure testing is carried out to detect internal defects; only billet suppliers that comply with Chinese/American/European standards are partnered with, eliminating the risk of mixed steel from the source.
Production Monitoring: During the cold-drawing process, laser diameter gauges are used for real-time monitoring of the outer diameter (tolerance strictly controlled within ±0.1mm), and the drawing force is simultaneously managed to avoid uneven wall thickness.
Finished Product Inspection: All finished products undergo 100% full-length ultrasonic flaw detection, inner wall roughness testing, and dimensional re-inspection. A material analysis report and a flaw detection report are accompanied with the goods.
