- Quality Assurance
Strength Guarantee: Every batch of drive shaft tubes undergoes 100% ultrasonic testing (free from internal cracks) plus pressure testing (with pressure resistance ≥30MPa).
Production Monitoring: During the cold-drawing process, laser diameter gauges are used for real-time monitoring of the outer diameter (tolerance strictly controlled within ±0.1mm), while drawing force is managed to prevent uneven wall thickness.
Finished Product Inspection: All finished products undergo 100% full-length ultrasonic flaw detection, inner wall roughness testing, and dimensional re-inspection. Material analysis reports and flaw detection reports are provided along with the goods. - Procurement & After-Sales Service
Delivery: 10-15 days for regular specifications; 30-60 days for non-standard specifications (special wall thickness/material).
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Approximately 5 metric tons for standard products. For special-sized or customized products, the MOQ may vary.
After-Sales Service: Before shipment, you may designate a third-party company to conduct on-site inspection at our factory. Regardless of whether pre-shipment inspection (PSI) is performed, you may engage a local third party for testing within 30 days of product arrival. If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will provide compensation and cover the inspection costs.
