- Quality Assurance
Billet Control: Each batch of seamless steel pipe billets undergoes spectral analysis, with the content of elements such as carbon (C ≤ 0.25%) and silicon (Si ≤ 0.35%) strictly controlled to meet the toughness requirements of hydraulic steel.
Production Monitoring: During the cold-drawing/hot-rolling process, laser diameter gauges are used for real-time monitoring of the outer diameter, and multi-point measurements are conducted every 500mm to ensure uniform wall thickness of seamless pipes without eccentricity.
Finished Product Inspection: 100% full-length ultrasonic flaw detection is performed (in accordance with the ASME B31.3 standard) to detect internal cracks/inclusions in seamless pipes, and manual re-inspection is carried out for suspicious areas.Procurement & After-Sales Service
