In principle, a 30% advance payment is required. However, if you have special circumstances or requirements, we can discuss and make appropriate adjustments. How long does it take to deliver an order after it is placed? Under normal circumstances, for steel pipes of regular specifications and materials, our production cycle is approximately 15 to 30 days. In the case of customized products or large orders, the production cycle may be extended to 30 to 60 days. The specific production time will be communicated and determined with you according to the actual situation. We will make every effort to ensure on-time delivery while guaranteeing the quality of the products. What is your minimum order quantity? Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) varies depending on product specifications and materials. Generally, for regular products, the MOQ is around 5 metric tons. However, for some special – sized or customized products, the MOQ may be different. For the specific MOQ, you can communicate with our sales staff during the inquiry process. We will do our best to provide flexible solutions based on your needs. If there is a quality problem with the product, how do you resolve it? Before the products are shipped, you have the option to appoint a third – party company to conduct on – site inspections at our factory. Regardless of whether pre – shipment inspection is carried out, within 30 days after the products arrive, you can engage a local third – party for testing. If it is confirmed that the problem is our liability, we will provide compensation and cover the inspection costs.
